Shipping Policy
• Orders are processed and shipped (via USPS) within 3-5 business days ( Monday-Friday).
• We currently only ship within United States of America.
• Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. Shipping delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.
•Any inquiries about a packages whereabouts after it is shipped can be directed to USPS, as they will be better able to assist you.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. If you need further assistance, reach out to us, and we will do our best to help.
Order Cancellations
• We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
• We do not accept returns for incorrect sizes or change of mind. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Hygiene & Care Notice
We kindly ask that customers only request returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
For hygiene and care reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or washed.
Exchanges
• We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please ensure you select the correct size before purchasing.
