Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed and shipped (via USPS) within 3-5 business days ( Monday-Friday) 

• We currently only ship within United States of America.

• Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. Shipping delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.

•Any inquiries about a packages whereabouts after it is shipped can be directed to USPS, as they will be better able to assist you.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

• If your package seems delayed or lost in transit, we recommend first contacting USPS with your tracking number, as they have the most up-to-date information. However, if you need help or further assistance, feel free to reach out to us — we’re here to support you.

Worry-Free Delivery (Optional Protection)

• At checkout, you may add Worry-Free Delivery Protection by Seel for a small fee.

• This service helps protect your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during shipping.

• The fee goes to Seel, not to I4E Iconic 4 Ever.

• If selected, Seel will manage any shipping claims directly with you.

Order Cancellations

• We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

• We do not accept returns for incorrect sizes or change of mind. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

 

Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please ensure you select the correct size before purchasing.
