Orders are processed and shipped (via USPS) within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

• We currently only ship within the United States of America.

• Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

• If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to USPS first. If needed, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

 

SECTION 9 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• We do not accept returns for incorrect sizes or change of mind. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

• We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you select the correct size before purchasing.

 

 

SECTION 10 – OPTIONAL DELIVERY PROTECTION

 

We offer Worry-Free Delivery Protection through a third-party service (Seel). This optional service protects your package from loss, damage, or theft. Customers who select this option at checkout will pay a small additional fee.

All claims for package protection are processed directly through Seel. We are not responsible for claims or reimbursements under this protection, but we’re happy to assist or guide you in the process if needed.
